Privacy Policy

Account information. When you create a Quectis account, we collect your name, email address, and password. Authentication is handled by Supabase, our database and authentication provider.

Mission and workspace content. Quectis stores the content you create in the product, including mission objectives, context, constraints, and success criteria; evidence you add; and the strategies, recommendations, and execution plans Quectis generates from that content.

Payment information. Payments for Quectis Core are processed by Stripe through a Stripe-hosted payment page. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Technical information. Like most online services, our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, device information, request logs, and timestamps when you access Quectis.

We use account and workspace information to operate Quectis: to authenticate you, to run the strategy, evidence, and execution-plan workflow you request, and to provide customer support.

Mission and workspace content you submit is processed by our AI provider to generate strategies, evidence analysis, and recommendations, and by our workflow-execution provider to run longer background analysis you initiate. This content is sent to those providers only as needed to perform the analysis you requested.

We rely on the following third-party service providers to operate Quectis. These providers may process information on our behalf as needed to provide their services:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication.
• OpenAI — AI-generated strategy analysis, evidence evaluation, and recommendations.
• Trigger.dev — background execution of longer-running analysis workflows.
• Stripe — payment processing for Quectis Core subscriptions.

Quectis uses only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to maintain your session, set by our authentication provider (Supabase). Quectis does not currently use application-level analytics, advertising, or marketing tracking cookies.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) between your browser and our services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the service, meet our legitimate business needs, and comply with applicable obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

You can review or update your account information from within Quectis. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or if you have any privacy questions, contact support@vecorum.com.

We may update this policy as Quectis evolves. We will update the effective date above when we do.
