Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Quectis, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Quectis.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Quectis Core is a recurring monthly subscription. It automatically renews each month at the then-applicable subscription price unless canceled before renewal. There is no free trial at this time. Payments are processed by Stripe.

You may cancel at any time by contacting support@vecorum.com. Cancellation prevents future renewals once processed. Any refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and any refund terms presented at the time of purchase.

You agree not to misuse Quectis, including by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, or submitting unlawful content.

You retain ownership of the mission information, evidence, and other content you submit to Quectis (“your content”). You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to submit it. You grant us the right to process your content solely to provide the Quectis service to you, including sending it to the third-party providers described in our Privacy Policy.

Quectis generates strategy analysis, recommendations, and execution plans using AI and the information you provide. This output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or based on limited evidence. Quectis does not provide legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

You remain solely responsible for your business decisions and for any actions you take based on Quectis' output. Execution plans require your explicit approval before any step proceeds, and external execution is currently simulated only — Quectis does not take real actions in your external systems.

Vecorum owns Quectis and all underlying software, technology, and branding. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the service as intended.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Quectis at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any specific level of service.

Quectis is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vecorum will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Quectis.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Quectis if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Quectis and cancel your subscription at any time as described above.
